Los Angeles law firm seeks a Docket Specialist with 3 years of litigation docketing experience to provide support to three branch offices.  Selected candidate will log and process all calendar requests utilizing CompuLaw Vision; calendar state, federal, and agency court deadlines; provide weekly, customized, and ad hoc calendar reports; create and update deadlines and trial calendars for new and existing clients and matters; collaborate with case teams to ensure docket entries are accurate; conduct weekly calendar meetings to review upcoming calendar events; assist in investigation of docket and calendar concerns and respond to inquiries; and complete special projects.  The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.



Qualified candidate must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience with eFiling, CompuLaw Vision, iManage, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).  The Docket Specialist will be detail oriented to accurately calculate deadlines and conduct research regarding relevant rules using applicable systems and tools.  Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary to interact with staff of all levels.
