Orange County law firm seeks an Applications Support Specialist with 5 years of technology experience in a law firm.  Candidate will provide software applications support to all end users in a help desk manner, troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers; keep current with industry technology trends; assist with the evaluating new technologies; recommend improvements to firm software, and implement roll outs of new/updated software applications.  The Technology Support Specialist will provide excellent customer service to attorneys and staff in a courteous and timely manner.  The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems and certification in Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 is preferred. Advanced level knowledge of the following would be helpful:  Microsoft Office 2013, Workshare Compare, Adobe Professional, Autonomy WorkSite/FileSite/IRM, Forms WorkFlow/US Court Forms, PDF Docs, Intapp Time, AccuRoute, LexisNexis, CaseMap, TextMap, TimeMap, and LiveNote.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.  The Applications Support Specialist must have the ability to prioritize tasks in a high volume, high demand environment.
