Law firm seeks an IT Help Desk Specialist with 4 years of user support in a law firm.  Candidate will serve as the first point of contact for telephone and e-mail support for the firm’s software applications, hardware, printers, and remote technologies.  The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Help Desk Specialist must have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and learn new technologies quickly.  Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, and be able to remain calm under pressure.  The qualified Help Desk Technician must have expert level skills in some of the following technologies:  Citrix; Microsoft Office 2010; Crowther Macros Systems; iManage (FileSite, EMM); PDF Pro (eCopy); Aderant; eDockets; MobileIron; Symprex; and Biscom.
