Law firm seeks a Hospitality Coordinator to manage conference room events and concierge duties.  Candidate will handle scheduling conference rooms for meetings and events, ordering food, setting up and clean up for events (including birthdays and holidays), providing input on food and spirits, and general concierge level assistance to staff.  The Hospitality coordinator will also maintain inventory of kitchen supplies, arrange catering with outside vendors, approve invoices for same, monitor budget, and maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and kitchens. Candidate will utilize the Event Management System for room reservations. Other duties include providing relief coverage in reception for breaks and end of day.  The hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with overtime flexibility required.

The Hospitality Coordinator must have experience with catering or event planning, including utilizing online ordering systems and advising personnel with respect to catering needs and suggestions.  Candidate must be reliable and punctual, with excellent attendance.  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.  The Coordinator must be highly attentive to detail, have excellent problem solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
