Job Description
Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Pay: $87,000 to $100,000 annually
Experience: 5+ years of experience in personal injury or insurance defense litigation to support four trial Partners with all trial preparation needs throughout all phases of litigation, from drafting/filing lawsuit through trial.
Education: Must have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm, (8-hour day; overtime may be required)

Job Description:
- Manage litigation calendar and all required deadlines.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and maintain case files and documents using a document management system.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry and filing, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments/meetings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedures and working. knowledge of Washington Civil Rules of Procedure and Local Rules.
- Previous experience filing in Odyssey is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), G-Suite, Westlaw Form Builder, and Adobe.
- Candidate must be deadline-driven with excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality is required.
