- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation.
- Assist attorneys in calendaring case deadlines, drafting court filings, and preparing in Federal and State courts.
- Assist with discovery, document collection, organization, review, and production.
- Proofread, cite-check, and blue book court briefs and discovery documents.
- Assist with deposition, meetings, interview preparations, and all aspects, including travel, trial and arbitration preparations.
- Prepare charts and submit timekeeping reports.
- Perform day-to-day case management tasks, as well as coordinating with external vendors.
- Mentor/provide guidance to junior paralegals and legal assistants.
Position Requirements:
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, and iManage.
- Experience with eDiscovery databases (Relativity, Opus 2, CaseMap), excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Must have superior analytical and reasoning abilities, be proactive, and be able to handle multiple projects and client matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a large law firm, with expertise in Securities Litigation, Class Actions, AI, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Data Innovation, White Collar, or IP law preferred.
