Job Description
Law firm seeks a Litigation Secretary with 4 years of law firm experience to support 3-4 Attorneys within the Litigation and Regulatory practice groups (IP, Energy and Environmental, White Collar, and Land Use). Selected candidate will file in state and federal courts, including eFiling; prepare legal documents and correspondence; manage attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments; and maintain and review attorney dockets.
Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a 7.5-hour day with flexibility for overtime needed.
Position is hybrid, 4 days onsite

Job Requirements
Ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate complex scheduling for multiple individuals while handling sensitive information with professionalism. MS Office advanced features skills, excellent proofreading, communication and organizational abilities are needed.
