Position: Litigation Secretary 

Location: Century City, CA (hybrid, 3 days onsite per week) 

Pay: $90,000/yr - $105,000/yr (depending on the experience)   

Experience: 7 years of experience to support 5 attorneys (including 2 partners) 

Education: N/A   

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire  

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm 

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join our dynamic law firm client!    

Job Description:   

  • Preparation of complex legal documents and pleadings for filing/eFiling in federal and state courts  

  • Managing attorney files 

  • Responding to client calls/emails  

  • Calendar management  

  • Attorney expense reporting   

  • Time entry 

Position Requirements:     

  • Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills 

  • Ability to meet required deadlines  

  • Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and eFiling skills 

  • Familiar with commonly used document management systems
