Job Description
Position: Litigation Secretary
Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Pay: $85,000 to $110,000 annually
Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience to support 4 attorneys.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (38.5 work week)

Job Description:
- Candidate must proficient in State and Federal Court eFiling.
- Understand legal terminology, procedures, and local and state court rules.
- Manage files, open new matters, and maintain relevant document inclusions for files.
- Responsible for administrative support including strong organizational skills to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Manage calendars and travel schedules and assisting with billing projects and reviews.
Position Requirements:
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Possess strong initiative, demonstrate an ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues/problems independently, have strong organizational skills, and manage multiple projects/tasks at a time.
- Be able to communicate effectively and professionally to develop rapport with co-workers as well as clients.
- Maintain strong working relationships.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information and possess strong proofreading and typing skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team setting.
