Job Description
Law firm seeks a Litigation Secretary with 3 years of experience for the Silicon Valley branch office. Selected candidate will support intellectual property and corporate and finance practice groups. Responsibilities include opening new matters and maintaining contacts in InterAction; preparing, editing and proofreading legal documents and filing/efiling in state, federal and appellate courts; inputting and revising attorney time entries and handling expense reimbursements in Chrome River; scheduling meetings and travel and preparing itineraries; and assist with projects as directed.

Job Requirements
Litigation Secretary must have strong MS Office skills including TOA and TOC; an associate’s degree and exposure to IP, Corporate or Finance background are preferred. Candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain discretion and a professional demeanor at all times.
