Job Description
Kent Daniels & Associates are seeking a Litigation Secretary to provide desk coverage and secretarial support to 3-4 attorneys with preparation of complex legal documents and court filing/eFiling of pleadings in state and federal courts. Strong communication, spelling, grammar skills and an attention to detail are required. Ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize workflow.
This is a direct hire position in San Francisco, CA - Hybrid (2 days remote and 3 days onsite)
Hours: 9AM - 5:30PM (7.5-hour workday)

Job Requirements
A high school diploma is required; college degree or legal secretary certificate is advantageous. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat; and familiar with various software including conference room and resource scheduling, time entry/billing, and expense reporting. Candidate will have excellent analytical and organizational skills with ability to interact with all levels of staff. Working knowledge of time tracking/billing applications is preferred. Appellate filing experience is highly preferred.
