- Build and maintain relevant databases and files; File and provide copies to relevant parties
- Perform factual research in internal and external databases and libraries
- Assist with legal business transactions and logistics
- Partner and coordinate with internal resources and outside vendor services
- Direct work and train team members, handle additional related projects
Position Requirements:
- Extensive experience reviewing titles and surveys
- Experience handling real estate purchase and sale agreements, real estate closings and some real estate finance work
- Experience performing UCC searches and due diligence document review, in addition to corporate searches and organizing due diligence documents
- Advanced to Expert proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expert proficiency in online research and internet search resources (LexisNexis/Westlaw)
- Expert knowledge of Firm and Real Estate practice-area-specific procedures and terminology
