San Francisco law firm seeks a Records and Office Services Manager with 5 years of experience.   Responsibilities include managing office operations (records, copy, mail, fax, and hospitality), workload, and personnel. This is a hands-on working position.  The Office Services and Records Manager will perform high volume reprographics (CD/DVD Duplication, electronic binders, bookmarking, pagination, redacting and electronic PDF and TIFF manipulation); handle electronic imaging, printing, scanning, and converting documents. Candidate will create and maintain files according to established policies and procedures; create, profile, and save documents in client's documents management system; and research, retrieve, and deliver documents and boxes. Candidate will prepare records for offsite warehouse storage; ensure compliance of company retention/destruction policies; and follow-up on files that have been released outside of the department to guarantee records are returned in a timely manner.  Candidate will develop, update, and implement procedures for team operations and training; and interact with internal management team, end user, and firm management to ensure projects are completed on schedule. The Records Manager will mentor assigned staff, delegate tasks, monitor attendance, OT, and performance issues. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Records and Office Services Manager must have a strong knowledge of procedures used in legal records, copy, mail, fax, IT, and hospitality services; advanced communication skills; exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  Candidate must have proven leadership experience or skills.  This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, proficiency with standard business software applications.  Experience with Ipro is a plus
