Large Century City law firm needs a Trust and Estate Secretary with 4 years of experience. The qualified Corporate Estate Planning Secretary must have Word advanced features skills including styles and paragraph numbering, and will type 55 wpm. Candidate must have excellent computer skills; experience with DeltaView, CompareRite, iManage, D.T.E, Adobe Acrobat is preferred. The Trust and Estate Secretary must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills, and display a professional demeanor. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
