Job Description
Large law firm seeks a Word Processor for the swing shift. Candidate will have 5 years of litigation experience to create, edit, format and manipulate files in MS Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; convert and format documents between applications; proofread for accuracy; create and troubleshoot formulas in Excel (including VLOOKUP and concatenate); troubleshoot and stabilize documents; and utilize the document management system to retrieve, deliver and manage documents.
Hours are Monday -Thursday 4:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Friday 3:30 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Position is hybrid, 2 days onsite following training period

Job Requirements
Word Processor will have MS Office advanced features skills (particularly Excel); and proficiency in CCC Macro Pro, FileSite/Workshare, Adobe Acrobat, OmniPage and CitationWare. The ability to learn new software quickly is essential. Must have ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, shared work environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Candidate must have own work from home setup.
