Century City law firm seeks a Client Intake Conflicts Analyst with 2 years of law firm experience. Candidate will be responsible for providing research and analysis of new business clients and matters. The Conflicts Analyst will also review new file requests and amendments to existing files for quality and accuracy; research new clients and conduct in-depth research of conflict parties using external databases, such as Hoovers, Dunn & Bradstreet, LexisNexis and internet searches; communicate and escalating issues to the appropriate committees.  The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with overtime flexibility needed.

A bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience is required.  The Conflicts Analyst must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience with logic based searching (Aderant or Elite preferred).  Selected candidate must have strong communication skills; the ability to interact well with all levels of the staff and clients; excellent organizational skills; and the ability to work independently with general supervision.  Candidate must effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines.
