Los Angeles law firm seeks a Help Desk IT Technician with 1 year of end user support in a legal information technology environment.  Candidate will provide support to firm staff, troubleshooting and resolving network security, hardware, software, and peripherals.  The Help Desk Technician will escalate issues as appropriate, and track inquiries.  The shift is 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with flexibility for 24/7 on call rotation, and weekend/after hours availability needed.  This position is non-exempt.

MCDST, MCSA, MCT or other technical certifications are preferred.  Experience with FileSite document management system support and Microsoft Active Directory administration is also preferred.  Qualified Help Desk Technician must have the ability to solve issues with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; learn new technologies quickly; communicate effectively verbally and in writing; and educate users of varying skill levels.
