Legal File and Records Clerk
Orange County, CA | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Law firm seeks a Legal File Clerk with one year of experience. This position is at the Orange County branch office of a larger firm. The qualified candidate must know legal indexing, have the ability to prepare files for offsite storage, be organized, and work well with all levels of staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The Legal Records Clerk must have the ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. Selected candidate must work well with minimal supervision, and display excellent customer service skills to internal clients and vendors. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Benefits available after full-time regular hire. Temporary hourly rate is $16.00, and full-time regular rate is up to $36,000 annually.
