Large international law firm seeks a User Support Specialist with 3 years of user support in a law firm.  Selected candidate will work in a team environment maintaining and supporting hardware and software in the San Francisco office, and will help with overflow from another local branch office; troubleshoot issues, and escalate as appropriate; provide end user guidance and education; and suggest improvements to improve efficiency and security. 

MSCE and/or other technical certifications are preferred; FileSite document management support experience is highly preferred.  The IT Network Administrator must have the ability to think analytically; maintain a professional demeanor under pressure; solve problems efficiently; prioritize urgent issues; and work well with users of varying technology proficiency.  Candidate must learn new technologies quickly, and display a high level of customer service.  The Tech Support Specialist must be available to work after hours, on weekends, and on a 24/7 on-call rotation.  The hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for a 35 hour work week.  This position is non-exempt.
