Job Description
Law firm seeks a Receptionist with 2 years of experience to provide office support. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and directing to appropriate staff, greeting guests, logging and distributing incoming packages, and acting as relief to office service including maintaining kitchen and office supplies. Other duties include maintaining calendar and preparing conference rooms for meetings and events.
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Position is onsite
