Job Description:
- Process full cycle A/P entry by reviewing, auditing, and processing payments in accounting software in accordance with firm policies and regulations.
- Other duties include Electronic banking – payment processing online for wires and transfers, both domestic and international to vendors and clients.
- Review compliance with correct coding to ensure firm accounts and client costs are charged correctly.
- Manage and track credit card charges and reconciliation of monthly statements.
- Ability to oversee the involvement of the daily PWP (paid-when-paid) vendor payments.
- Manage and track credit card charges and reconciliation of monthly statements.
Position Requirements:
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, with a strong emphasis on Excel) and experience with PDF-Xchange Editor preferred.
- Accounting software experience preferred – Elite 3E, Chrome River, Cosine a plus.
- Candidate must be a team player, possess a strong attention to detail to clearly and concisely email and speak by phone to Partners, sub-accounting departments, clients and vendors, and have the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must have Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of critical and analytical thinking.
