- Processing daily general ledger (G/L) accounting, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Maintain consistent records for trust receipts, disbursements, and reports.
- Assist with A/P cost data entry for client invoices, processing check requests (weekly check-runs and rush checks), subsequent vendor payment and reconciliation and high-volume vendor invoice tracking, processing, and follow-up with professionals, clients, and vendors.
- Familiarity with month-end close and reconciliation.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills required are MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and proficiency in ProLaw is preferred.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience working with vendors, attorneys and staff at all levels.
- A high degree of professionalism/customer service skills, a strong sense of time management, organization, detail-oriented, and consistency is a must.
