- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records, and reconcile financial statements/bank accounts.
- Support audit preparations and compliance requirements.
Position Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Elite 3E or other law firm accounting systems is preferred.
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects and Intapp database integration software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are needed.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
