Century City law firm seeks an Accounting Coordinator with 1 year of experience. Selected candidate will post daily cash receipts, performing various adjustments, write-offs, and reversals; general ledger (G/L) reconciliations, posting, and verification; electronic transfers; banking reconciliation and inquiries; managing related records to assist with audit requests, special projects and ad-hoc reporting; and monthly financial analyses. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, who are looking to gain experience and grow professionally are encouraged to apply. Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accurate work product are essential. Qualified Accounting Coordinator must have strong Excel features skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and electronic references.
