- Onboard new vendors while ensuring adherence to internal controls, fraud prevention practices, and tax requirements.
- Assist in processing payments, including securing approvals and following special instructions.
- Facilitate the transition of vendors to ACH (automated clearing house) payments.
- Test accounting and third-party software programs during system upgrades.
- Work closely with accounting management on special projects and ad hoc requests.
Position Requirements:
- Accounting software experience preferred – Elite 3E and Chrome River.
- Candidate must be a team player, possess a strong attention to detail to clearly and concisely email and speak by phone to Partners, sub-accounting departments, clients and vendors, and have the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of critical and analytical thinking.
