- Ensure accuracy, data integrity, thoroughness, and timeliness.Â
- Post to correct general ledger (G/L) accounts by analyzing invoice/expense, matching purchase orders, and recording manual payments.Â
- Interface effectively with employees, attorneys, and vendors.Â
- Prepare weekly check runs and rush checks, issue stop-payments, and research discrepancies.Â
- Respond to vendor inquiries and effectively resolve issues.Â
- Understand compliance issues around A/P processes (W-9, 1099).Â
- Participate in various aspects of the monthly/quarterly closing process.Â

- General knowledge of basic accounting principles with outstanding communication skills.Â
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, strong Excel).Â
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and have strong attention to detail.
