Position: Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Sales Representative
Location: Garden Grove, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $26 to $29 hourly
Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 7am to 4pm, 7:30am to 4:30pm, 8am to 5pm, or 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Description: 
  • Communicates clearly and appropriately with customers, vendors, and internal team to coordinate.
  • Facilitate order requests including accurate data entry, process tracking and rapid, regular communication with all parties.
  • Listens actively to stakeholder requirements and asks appropriate questions to understand requests.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set targets and achieve business development goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by quickly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position products.

Position Requirements:    
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, interacting professionally.
  • Must have outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, RepFabric background is a plus.
