Woodland Hills law firm seeks an Administrative Assistant with 4 years of experience to support the Firm Administrator with a comprehensive range of diverse duties. Selected candidate will facilitate timely and smooth completion of projects by tracking, scheduling, and coordinating action items for projects. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include creating, maintaining, and updating documents and firmwide policies and procedures forms; coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas and meeting materials, reserving conference rooms and arranging for catering and tech set-ups; interfacing with vendors and processing related invoices; arranging travel and processing expense reimbursements, and general accounting support to the Administrator; and special projects as necessary. The Administrative Assistant will oversee operations in the absence of the Administrator. The salary range is $65,000 to $75,000. The hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred. Candidate must possess advanced technical skills within Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn other applications; experience with ProLaw, Adobe and electronic document management systems is preferred. This position requires outstanding interpersonal, analytical, planning, organization, and communication skills. The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to present information effectively. The ability to maintain confidential information with discretion is important.
