Large law firm seeks an Administrative Coordinator with 2 years of administrative experience, legal environment preferred. Selected candidate will report to the Office Administrator and will provide backup in the Administrator’s absence. Duties include human resources tasks for the San Francisco office, including scheduling interviews, ensuring adequate secretarial staffing due to absences, and reviewing timesheets; coordination of facilities repair and maintenance, records and file storage, and internal office moves; and general administrative tasks such as document preparation, mail sorting, answering phones, managing contacts and calendars, invoice coding and approval, and relief reception. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Salary range is $60,000 to $65,000
The Administrative Coordinator must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat are necessary. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with staff, attorneys, vendors, and clients. The Administrative Coordinator will remain organized and professional, and meet necessary deadlines.
