Job Description
Position: Assistant Director of HR/Administration
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Pay: $95,000 - $100,000/yr (Depending on experience)
Experience: 3+ years of law firm experience
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible starting hours - 8:30am, 9am, or 9:30am (35-hour work week) with 1 hour for lunch
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking an Assistant Director of HR/Administration to join our dynamic law firm client!
Job Description:
- Process bi-annual staff performance evaluations (July/Dec) to calculate bonus/increase recommendations for Managing Partner via viDesktop
- Manage software integration and upgrades for the HR department to automate and figure process improvements to streamline reporting information such as integration data to be cross-referenced in 3E and ADP and diversity metrics housed in Salesforce
- Apply for/obtain work visas for all US offices
- Other duties include managing special large-scale projects by identifying and clarifying issues, policies, and priorities
Position Requirements:
- Must have exceptional Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with viDesktop, ADP Workforce Now, Visio, and Salesforce (preferred)
- Knowledge of work visas (H-1B, J1, E3, TN) is needed
- The ability to influence and drive change and proven experience in process improvement initiatives (required)
- Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and robust leadership skills
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
