Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Los Angeles law firm seeks an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator with 3 years of law firm recruiting or human resources experience. Selected Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate the hiring process of summer associates, associates, and lateral partners, by posting open positions, responding to applicant inquiries, maintaining recruiting database (viRecruit), scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, and drafting orientation schedules. Additional responsibilities include support the summer associate program by coordinating events and trainings; CLE tracking and compliance for firm attorneys; assisting with associate performance evaluations, mentoring programs, and diversity & inclusion initiatives; maintaining/updating department web pages and learning resources; and preparing check requests, processing invoices, HRIS data entry, and regular and ad-hoc reporting. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Salary depends upon experience.
A bachelor's degree is preferred; knowledge of legal recruitment guidelines, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS (applicant tracking system) experience is preferred. This position requires Excel advanced features skills; and strong Word, Outlook, Adobe are also desired. iManage or FileSite knowledge is also helpful. Candidate must be professional, with outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities. The ability to maintain confidential information with discretion is necessary
