- Communicate with attorneys/clients to coordinate special terms and adjustments.
- Verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation of write-offs per firm policy and make corrections.
- Electronically redact and transmit client invoices.
- Input disbursement charges monthly.
- Scan invoices and perform full cycle eBilling.
- Distributing final monthly client invoices and reminder statements.
Position Requirements:
- Must have advanced knowledge of Aderant (or similar legal billing software).
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate in a clear and concise with internal customers and firm clients.
