- Collaborating with attorneys and support staff to ensure timely billing and collections activities.
- Monitoring unbilled time.
- Generating proformas and drafting bills ensuring client billing arrangements are followed.
- Performing manual calculations.
- Preparing write-up/write-down forms along with obtaining approvals.
- Preparing billing reports, fee and disbursement summaries and final bills.
- Handling collections matters to resolve issues.
- Drafting engagement letters.
- Maintaining client billing folders.
Position Requirements:
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
- Elite Enterprise or Aderant legal billing experience is preferred.
