- Responsible for all aspects of drafting and finalizing client bills
- Collaborating with attorneys and support staff to ensure timely billing and collections activities
- Monitoring unbilled time
- Generating proformas and drafting bills ensuring client billing arrangements are followed
- Performing manual calculations
- Preparing write-up/write-down forms along with obtaining approvals
- Preparing billing reports, fee and disbursement summaries and final bills
- Handling collections matters to resolve issues
- Drafting engagement letters
- Maintaining client billing folders
Position Requirements:
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions
- Elite Enterprise or Aderant legal billing experience is preferred
