- Generating and distributing key monthly financial performance reports, financial analysis, planning, and management reporting of key operational metrics.
- Lead all formulaic compensation reporting and liaison with the Payroll team.
- Analyze historical data to support the development of pricing proposals and the setting of timekeeper billing rates.
- Support strategic pricing initiatives through financial modeling and data analysis.
- Identify, extract, and summarize information from multiple sources for internal and client reporting.
- Respond to financial and statistical surveys and support the annual budget process.
- Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to attorneys, policy advisors, department heads, and management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of profitability models and analyses.
- Perform additional projects for the Executive Committee, Chief Operating Officer, and other C-Suite and Directors on a regular basis.
- This role reports to the Business Analytics and Pricing Director.
Position Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SQL or Excel Power Query.
- Knowledge of Big Square business intelligence tools and financial dashboards is a plus.
- Preferred in-depth knowledge and experience with Aderant as a time and billing system, general ledger, and reporting.
- Must be proactive, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
