Job Description
Position: Business Development Coordinator
Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience within a law firm or professional services organization
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Business
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: M-F, 9am-5:30pm (with the ability to work overtime as needed)
Pay: $70-85k/yr depending on experience
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic law firm client.
Job Description:
- Conduct and coordinate event venue research, management and logistics
- Provide support for execution of all firm hosted events
- Submit advertisements, logos, and other materials for sponsorships and other external activities
- Coordinate marketing needs for firm sponsored events
- Develop and distribute email marketing communications in partnership with managers and other coordinators
- Maintain blog posts and add to firm blogs
- Develop and update marketing collateral and material
- Assist in development and production of podcast, video, and annual app update
Position Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication, analytical, proofreading, and copyediting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently
