- Collect medical records and bills, and related documents
- Calendar all deadlines, tasks, and events
- Obtain and record client data using in case management software
- Frequent contact with clients to ensure compliance with medical treatment
- Frequent contact with health care providers to ensure completeness of medical records and bills
- Remain current with client medical treatments
- Assist with demand writing and negotiation of liens
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Extreme attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken), preferred
- Candidate will have excellent communication skills and be independent and resourceful with a positive demeanor
