Case Support Services Manager

Large law firm seeks a Case Support Services Manager with 5 years of litigation trial preparation experience to ensure litigation support resources are managed efficiently, staff is optimally trained to maximize performance, workflow and caseload levels are staffed appropriately, and best practices are employed at all times. Selected candidate will obtain information from attorneys regarding case specific support resources and skills needed; assign and monitor staff, fostering input on workload, competency of assigned individuals, and ensuring compliance with best practices to maximize optimal efficiency. The Case Support Services Manager will utilize performance feedback to tailor training to specific individual team members, fostering career growth and job satisfaction, and developing, monitoring, and implementing skill and competency training and testing. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Salary range is $120,000 to $140,000
The qualified Case Support Services Manager must have a bachelor’s degree; comprehensive knowledge of all phases of full litigation lifestyle and trial preparation; expert knowledge of litigation specific software, document management systems, legal time and billing software; and experience managing staff. Candidates with a J.D., an ABA approved paralegal certificate, or attorney attestation are encouraged to apply. Successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships, deliver training, evaluate performance, and mentor staff.
