Job Description
Position: Client Arrangement Specialist
Location: LA, NY, Chicago (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Pay: $75,000 to $95,000 annually
Experience: 2+ years experience to support the Billing and AR department by reviewing/implementing client fee arrangements and any requirements contained in client guidelines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Client Arrangement Specialist to join our dynamic law firm client!
Job Description:
- Review rate change requests to ensure alignment with respective client fee arrangements.
- Analyze/review fee arrangements and OCG to ensure corresponding billing information is properly set up in system.
- Effectively communicate client fee arrangements/billing requirements.
- Address questions regarding setup of billing information in system.
- Collaborate with and provide insight to several departments to build additional process improvement tools.
- Partner with Billing Partners and eBilling/Billing Specialists, pricing to define client fee arrangements.
- Prepare analyses to assist Billers in developing fee arrangement proposals.
- Communicate fee arrangement details and billing requirements to ensure proper structure, documentation and compliance.
- Review client OCG to submit for proper setups in financial management system.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to client billing guidelines and firm policies.
- Conduct regular audits of billing practices to identify and address potential compliance issues.
- Assist in implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and billing accuracy
Position Requirements:
- High proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with eBilling systems and rate hierarchy as needed.
- Aderant Expert experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with excellent client service, analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines, handle/maintain confidential information, work in a team environment and share knowledge to collaborate effectively.
