Client Services Coordinator

Law firm seeks a Client Service Coordinator with 2 years of law firm accounting experience for the San Diego branch office. Selected candidate will manage accuracy of all client information for new matters, contracts, and engagement letters in the firm financial systems. Candidate will ensure proper entry of client data; create checklists to establish standards for new engagements; review engagement letters for compliance; set up accounts accordingly; create alerts for important dates; act as primary contact between attorneys, assistants, and billing team to communicate special billing requirements; maintain database of executed and non-executed client agreements; and query database for data integrity. The hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Salary range is $40,000 - $45,000
The Client Service Coordinator will have a high school diploma; a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Query. Experience with iManage or similar document management system is preferred. This position requires the ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential matters discreetly. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the Client Service Coordinator interacts regularly with attorneys and clients of the firm.
