- Respond to requests to perform conflicts of interest searches for new matters and lateral hires for a major law firm.
- Evaluate and resolve potential conflicts of interest, including drafting waivers and notice letters, and establishing ethical walls.
- Review party relationships for new matters (parent company and affiliate research).
- Utilize Intapp conflicts database to formulate search queries and generate reports regarding party relationships.
Position Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years of Intapp experience.
- Strong research and writing abilities to organize complex information in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
