Job Description
Location: Irvine, CA w/frequent travel to SD (Onsite)
Pay: $50,000 to $80,000 annually
Experience: 2+ years law firm facilities experience to support the firm OC and SD offices with general office services including work order coordination, security badge and access assignments, daily office operations for attorneys and business professionals.
Education: Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30 to 5:00pm
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic law firm client!
Job Description:
- Maintain general office appearance and upkeep
- Lead contact for Building Management/Maintenance for services, deliveries and repairs
- Manage building equipment maintenance schedules and emergency evacuation plans; serves as vendor point of contact (repair, renovation, plumbing, HVAC and other maintenance vendors)
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Maintain vendor receipts for building repairs and supplies and reconciliation
- Manage/oversee onsite facilities support vendors
- Works closely Facilities and Procurement with respect to all aspects of the building/systems
- Oversee new hire onboarding logistics, including coordinating workstation setup and facilitating building access credentials (set up offices and workstations and office moves)
- Conduct minor repairs, furniture adjustments; maintain building and parking access
- Order and maintain business cards for office
Position Requirements:
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), and Adobe.
- Must have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet required deadlines.
- Will be able to exercise considerable judgment and discretion and establish good working relationships with attorneys and staff.
- Must be comfortable using tools and conducting minor office repairs and be flexible to adapt to work in a changing environment.
