Job Description
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Financial Accountant with 6 years of relevant experience as in a staff accounting role to be responsible for monitoring financial data, preparing accurate reporting and statements, ensuring compliance at a variety of levels, and direct responsibility for fixed assets database, depreciation management and property tax preparation. Other duties include focus on balance sheet reconciliations and audit schedules; involvement in expense budget preparation, reporting and variance analysis; maintaining compliance for business license registrations/renewals; and assisting with internal/external reporting.
This is a Direct Hire and Remote position.
Hours are 9:00am-5:30pm

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), iManage, 3E, and Sage Fixed Assests is required; Candidate must have effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be technologically literate -working with spreadsheet software, business intelligence software, and cloud-based software.
