Job Description
Law firm seeks a REMOTE Financial Systems Analyst with 2 years of experience to support and maintain financial systems by overseeing Aderant and associated systems, as well as supporting and maintaining the SQL database environments. Responsibilities include using knowledge of IT disciplines including client-server, security and database infrastructure, to support various firm financial and enterprise systems; assisting with technical support and implementation projects for Aderant Expert and integrated financial systems, including SSRS reports, Budgeting, Expert Billing and Collections, Time Entry, Paperless Pre-Bills and Generic Importer; providing support for the finance team, administrative staff and external vendors on issues relating to the financial applications, including Aderant Expert, Pre-bills, and Time Entry; providing technical support for clustered SQL environments and developing SQL queries; supporting Handshake, Intapp, BigSquare, and viDesktop environments, and acting as liaison between staff and vendors to implement change requests; maintaining user and matter security within Aderant Expert; using Aderant Expert customization tools to create forms and build inquiries/reports; developing stored procedures and identifying areas for improvement within financial applications; providing database support for non-financial applications; and maintaining detailed records documenting procedures and assumptions, methodologies and sources of information employed during the performance of all analytical tasks.

Job Requirements
A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in information systems or computer science is required. Must have 1 year of experience supporting legal and/or financial software platforms (such as Aderant, Elite 3E, Handshake, IntApp Open, IntApp Wallbuilder, viDesktop, Chrome River or Sage Fixed Assets); implementing and troubleshooting scripts using, VB.NET, Powershell or SQL; creating and troubleshooting MS SQL queries; and Windows hosted applications utilizing client/server and MS SQL databases. Familiarity with workflow engines within Sharepoint Online and/or Intapp Integrate and with MSSQL, MSDTC, AAG and SQL security best practices is highly desired. Knowledge of accounting principles, systems, practices, controls and procedures is essential. Financial Systems Analyst will have good written and verbal communication skills; remain organized and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines; and provide excellent customer service in a team environment.
