- 3+ years of hospitality experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Prior reception or administrative experience.

- Support the Conference Center staff and provide superior customer service and hospitality to visitors.
- Answering incoming calls and transferring to appropriate staff.
- Communicating with building security and issuing guest badges.
- Submitting office/building maintenance requests.
- Coordinating conference room reservations via scheduling database, placing and coordinating catering orders and beverage/food setups for meetings.
- Greeting/escorting clients, vendors and visitors to relevant department, floor, or conference room.
- Regularly monitoring conference rooms/common areas for cleanliness.
- Maintaining supply stock.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) is required.
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess high level of interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Must have a proactive work ethic and high attention to detail are needed.
- Must maintain a positive and professional appearance, including excellent telephone etiquette.
