Large law firm seeks a Help Desk Technician with 1 year of experience in a law firm supporting end users.   The IT Technician must have strong communication skills, with a customer service-oriented personality.  Selected candidate will have the ability to teach technologies to users of varying abilities.  The Help Desk Technician will assist with hardware, software, and peripheral set up, troubleshooting, and general support.  Candidates with MCDST, MCSA, MCT or other technical certifications are preferred.  Experience with FileSite document management system support and Microsoft Active Directory administration is also preferred.   The hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with after hours and weekend flexibility necessary, and 24/7 on-call cell phone rotation.  This is a non-exempt position.
