Law firm seeks an experienced Hospitality Coordinator.  Selected candidate will have 4 years of hospitality, event planning or catering experience.  The Hospitality Coordinator will plan, coordinate, direct, and oversee firm-sponsored functions.  Selected candidate will establish and monitor event budget; collaborate with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors to arrange menu and catering, design, rentals, and florals; and resolve issues while meeting deadlines.  The Hospitality Coordinator will also oversee daily food and beverage services, and assist in setup and cleanup for events and meetings.  The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with overtime flexibility needed.

The qualified candidate will have concierge-level customer service and organizational skills; excellent communication skills; and a professional demeanor.  This position requires the ability to move and arrange furniture and boxes in and out of the conference center for 50 person events weekly.  A high school diploma and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) are required; a college degree is preferred.
