Job Description
Position:Â Talent Services CoordinatorÂ
Location:Â Century City, CA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)Â
Pay: $75,000 to $82,775 annuallyÂ
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources support role to provide administrative assistance with staff recruitment, orientations, employee benefits, event planning, and electronic file maintenance. Â
Education:Â Â
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or related field preferred.Â
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.Â
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Â
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm (Ability to work OT as needed)Â

Job Description:Â Â Â
- Assist with staff recruitment (post open positions -intranet/job boards; enter/track applicants using tracking software; send resume to hiring managers).Â
- Schedule interviews and interface with candidates to communicate logistics and application status.Â
- Manage new hire process, including sending/collecting new hire paperwork, initiating/monitoring background screenings, and coordinating start date logistics.Â
- Prepare welcome email, assist with onboarding process and in planning/conducting new employee orientation.Â
- Assist with administration of employee benefits plans (healthcare, life, disability including claim forms, 401(k), and other health and welfare benefits programs); assist with annual open enrollment.Â
- Answer questions on HR policies, procedures, and programs.Â
- Maintain personnel files (active/terminated employee records) and I-9s; responsible for E-verify.Â
- Coordinate firm events (staff appreciation, health and wellness clinics, annual holiday party, and other special events); assist with community fundraising.Â
- Assist with aspects of the annual performance review process for associates and staff, including sending reminders and flagging comments for manager review.Â
- Process employment verifications/transactions in the HR system, including employee changes/separations, Workday time and attendance system, and review time records.Â
- Assist with departing attorney processes.Â
- Ensure administrative (secretarial, reception) vacation coverage/overflow.Â
- Coordinate office attorney CLE training programs and processes, attorney bar association memberships.Â
Position Requirements:Â Â Â
- Must be proficient in Windows-based software and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with exceptional computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Â
- Must possess a strong understanding of HR principles/practices, employment law compliance and knowledge of HR-related programs/software including Workday or other time/attendance or HRIS database systems; as well as Workday Recruiting or other applicant tracking system is required. Â
- A highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentation. Â
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels and collaborate well in a team to provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards, and exceed client expectations. Â
- Must possess a strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively, recognizing confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information and maintain confidentiality.Â
