Job Description

Large law firm seeks an IT Technician with 2 years of law firm experience to provide Information Technology support to staff and attorneys across multiple offices with hundreds of users.  This position will provide concierge level help desk support for hardware and software, including audio visual and telephony.  The IT Tech will create users and grant access to network and systems;  act as first level support, troubleshooting computer and peripheral problems and finding solutions, and escalating issues as appropriate;  handle server room operations, backup and restores, and patches; assist with security infrastructure operations; and provide rotating on-call help desk support after hours, weekends, and holidays. 

The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.   

This is an onsite non-exempt position

Job Requirements

Proficiency with a MS Office 2010 and Windows 7 environment is required.  Experience with planning, and implementing disaster recovery is preferred. Firm uses CMS/Aderant, Active Directory, NetDocs, Relativity, Summation, Legal MacPac, and SalesForce CRM.  The Information Technology Technician must have outstanding customer service skills, and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technology to users of varying levels of proficiency.
