Job Description:
- First-line support, day-to-day IT network and systems operations including access and creation
- Assist with troubleshooting computers and peripherals
- Handle server room operations
- Maintain backups/restores and server patching, hardware/software
- Assist with phone maintenance and audio-visual needs
- Handle time-sensitive issues
- Offer support and solutions to users
- Provide rotating help desk support during off-hours
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency with a Microsoft Office 2010/Windows 7 environment is required
- Experience with determining, planning, and implementing proper stages for Disaster Recovery in a VM environment with VMware & Hyper-V and MS Exchange 2010 is preferred
- Knowledge of CMS/Aderant, Active Directory, NetDocs, Relativity, Summation, Legal MacPac, and SalesForce CRM
- Effectively work in a team environment and independently
