Job Description
Law firm seeks a Patent Prosecution Paralegal with 4 years of experience to support attorneys with patent prosecution matters. Paralegal will prepare documents for filing with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), including transmittals, information disclosure statements, and formal drawings; review and upload submissions with the USPTO and WiPO; create and update IP portfolio family and status reports; obtain copies of U.S. and foreign patents and patent publications; prepare formal documents, draft various Requests/Petitions/Communications to the USPTO for attorney review and proofread filing receipts and U.S. and PCT publications, and U.S. notices of allowance.
Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with overtime flexibility needed

Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate (or equivalent) are required. Candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines. Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
